All user names, trade names, trade description etc. used on this website could be brands, even if they do not have a special mark. Therefore, all names are subjected to the legal regulations.

other ARCADEMI-bodies and operators of further ARCADEMI partners (moneybookers, paypal, S-ITT) may process and use data stored with ARCADEMI, as far as it necessary to process and handle my contractual relationship with ARCADEMI and to process and handle my financial transactions (via moneybookers, paypal, S-ITT). Personal data include stock data, such as name and address, and usage data, such as user name, password and IP address.

I agree that ARCADEMI may transfer my name, my address, my e-Mail address and also - given my separate, explicit and prior consent - my delivery address and bank details to the buyer, seller or an ARCADEMI business partner authorized by the seller after termination of the offer in order to implement the contract. This also applies to my name and my address in case it is contested if it is with legal effect that I have withdrawn one of my offers or bids, or cancelled the bid of a bidder.

I agree that ARCADEMI may collect, process and use my usage data, among others by using cookies, in order to allow me to manage my buying and selling activities, e.g. in section “My Account”, and to manage my ARCADEMI seller account as well as my personal settings. The cookies enable features such as personal greeting with my user name at ARCADEMI. I also agree that other users can recall all items that I currently offer in the form of a list.

I agree that ARCADEMI may process and use my personal data for ARCADEMI marketing activities, such as e-Mail shots containing general information or promotional content (Newsletter). I am aware of the fact that I have the possibility to cancel provision of such information any time by following a link offered in each newsletter. I agree that ARACDEMI may process and use my personal data in order to inform me about offers and news in “My Account” which match my personal interests. I can cancel such provision of personalized promotion any time in section “My Account”.

I agree that ARCADEMI, as far as it is necessary in specific cases and given that factual evidence needs to be documented, may process and use stock and usage data which are necessary to discover and prohibit items offered with fraudulent intent, as well as further illegal or anti-contractual use of ARCADEMI services. For such purposes, ARCADEMI may also collect data from the total stock of current offers, among others using cookies, as well as process and use data in a way that allows determining items which carry factual evidence of being offered with fraudulent intent.

I agree that ARCADEMI provides me with invoices containing details e.g. on time, duration and content of payable usage of ARCADEMI websites.

As far as transfer of my data to third parties is not allowed by law, in particular according to BDSG, I agree that ARCADEMI

may transfer my personal data to police enforcement and surveillance bodies as far as it is necessary in order to offer protection from risks for national and public safety as well as to prosecute criminal acts.

In terms of transparency of supply and demand, I agree that ARCADEMI may label items presented in the portfolio sections indicating to the users if the item is still available for sale (similar to red marks in a gallery indicating availability of a work).

I am aware that the ARCADEMI Website uses Google Analytics, a promotional analysis service by Google, Inc. ("Google").
Google Analytics uses so called „cookies“, i.e. text files which are being saved on my computer and allow analysis of how I use the website. The information on my use of the website (including my IP address) generated by the cookie will be transfered to a Google server in the US and saved there. Google will use this information in order to evaluate my use of the website, to create reports on website activities for the operators of the website, and to provide further services related to the website use and Internet use.
